FAQ
1
How long does an eyelash extension last?
An eyelash extension typically lasts about 3-4 weeks. Due to natural eyelash growth, which varies from person to person, eyelash extensions may need to be renewed or refilled sooner. Therefore, it's important to return for a refill appointment every 3-4 weeks.
2
How long does the eyelash extension treatment take?
The length of time required for eyelash extensions depends on the number of natural lashes the client has. The more lashes a client has, the longer it takes, as each individual lash is separated and glued in place because clumps must be avoided. A new set of eyelash extensions takes 2-3 hours, and a refill appointment takes 1.5-2 hours.
3
Are eyelash extensions harmful?
Eyelash extensions should only be applied by certified eyelash stylists, as the work involves working very close to the eye. The treatment is completely painless and harmless to the eyes, eyelids, or eyelashes. Eyelash extensions only cause damage if the application is sloppy (e.g., poor bonding or gaps between the eyelid and the eyelid margin). Each of our clients receives an initial consultation to ensure the eyelash extension is tailored to their needs and allows your natural lashes to grow back healthily.

Will I do a fill up on work from a different stylist?
Dear customers, please understand that I do not refill work form other stylists. This is because...
1. i don't know which products your previous eyelash stylist used, and unfortunately, these vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
2. i don't know how cleanly your third-party work was done.
3. most customers themselves weren't informed about the curl and length used.
If you would like to have your eyelash extensions done by me and already have third-party work done on your lashes, please book an appointment for eyelash extension removal and an appointment for a new set immediately afterward.

What should I consider BEFORE getting an eyelash extensions?
• Remove your contact lenses
• Avoid caffeine before your treatment to prevent your eyelids from twitching
• No makeup on and around your eyes
• Avoid greasy or oily products around your eyes
• Wear comfortable clothes to make you feel good
• Feel free to use the bathroom before your treatment
6
What should I consider AFTER an eyelash extensions?
• Don't use mascara
• Don't use eyelash curlers
• Don't play with or tweeze your eyelash extensions
• Brush your eyelashes at least once a day with an eyelash brush. • Daily wash your eyelashes with eyelash shampoo while using a fluffy eyeshadow brush.
• Schedule your refill every 3-4 weeks.
• Avoid direct contact with heat, as this will melt the tips of your eyelashes (e.g., lighting cigarettes with a lighter, opening the oven, etc.).
7
Are your eyelids red, swollen, and itchy after eyelash extensions?
If your eyelids are swollen, red, and itchy after eyelash extensions, it's a strong sign of an allergy/intolerance to the eyelash glue, or more specifically, to the ingredient cyanoacrylate or the pigment carbon black contained in eyelash glue. Such a reaction doesn't necessarily occur after the first eyelash treatment; it can also occur months or even years later. If this happens to you, you should see a doctor! I'm not allowed to remove the eyelash extensions, as the remover would only irritate the eyes further. In this case, further eyelash treatments are not possible, as this reaction will recur, and cyanoacrylate is a main ingredient in eyelash glue

How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lifting typically lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. Please note that this also depends on your own eyelash growth, and it's possible that the lash lifting may need to be renewed before the 6-8-week mark.
10
Are Lashliftings harmful?
When performed properly, a lash lifting is generally painless and harmless. It should be performed at a sufficient interval between subsequent lash lifts, i.e., every 6-8 weeks.
