Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs later than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the client fails to show up without prior notice, the deposit will be retained. If the client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit. If the treatment still proceeds after a 15-minute delay, we are also entitled to charge the full treatment time if the treatment must be completed on time due to a subsequent appointment. If the cancellation is made in a timely manner, the deposit will either be credited to the next appointment or refunded upon request.
